Python Lift

Characteristics:
PYTHON LIFT is a multi-layer non-rotating rope with 15 outer strands for highest breaking load requirements: in comparison to a 19x7 class rope, the gain in strength is an astoniching 60%. With only 5 outer wires per strand (plus one sluminium wire), it provides excellent abrasion resistance. Swage compaction applies an almost circular cross section to the rope and contributes to high running smoothness and proper pressure distribution on sheave and drum. LIFT has very little to no constructional stretch.

Fields of application:
PYTHON LIFT is recommended as main and auxiliary hoist line for tower cranes, construction cranes and mobile (lattice boom) cranes. We do not recommend this rope to be used on smooth drums. It works best on LEBUS drums with appropriately sized pitch.
